2. Client Responsibilities:
2.1 Personal Commitment: You agree to actively participate in the coaching process, set goals, and work towards achieving them. You acknowledge that results are dependent on your dedication, effort, and willingness to implement suggested strategies.
2.2 Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during coaching sessions. Our coaches also commit to maintaining confidentiality, except as required by law or when disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.
2.3 Professional Conduct: You agree to engage in respectful and professional communication with our coaches and other clients. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Payment and Refunds:
3.1 Fees: The fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of coaching. You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees in a timely manner. Payments may be made through the designated payment methods provided by us.
3.2 Refunds: We strive to deliver high-quality services. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and any granted refunds will be at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property:
4.1 Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of our services, including but not limited to coaching materials, worksheets, videos, and written content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided to you solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
